GIM hosts events and conducts research on the latest trends in performance management, strategy execution, risk management, financial management and corporate governance.

About The Founder

Henry Killackey founded the Global Institute for Management in 2005. Henry formerly served as a conference producer for Palladium Group / Balanced Scorecard Collaborative where he worked alongside Drs. Kaplan and Norton, creators of the Balanced Scorecard, in developing some of the world's leading strategy execution conferences. An experienced entrepreneur, author, workshop instructor and conference director, Henry has developed and hosted some of the most cutting-edge business conferences in the marketplace covering such topics as performance management, enterprise risk management, budgeting, operational risk management, and analytics. His passion for understanding organizational performance has driven him to direct the research capabilities of GIM and continuously integrate the newest ideas on business performance into the Institute’s educational products.

Henry is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He has a B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles and has studied performance management at the University of California San Diego.
